Exterior Painting


Preparation 
We pressure wash and clean before beginning with prep work.  We completely prepare all areas before applying the finish coats of paint.  This may include glazing windows, scraping loose paint, and applying a good prime coat with the best quality primer.  We caulk all needed areas, both to minimize the appearance of cracks and also to protect joints from water penetration that would cause rot and other damage.

Protection
We protect landscaping and shrubbery, and use protective mitts on our ladders so as to not damage surfaces or trim.  We are careful when removing items necessary to complete the painting process and protect them.   We replace them with care when finished.

Education
We bring to your attention areas of abnormal weathering, improper water drainage or run-off that may cause future rotting problems or flooding difficulties.  We can advise you on remedying these situations.

Completion
We do fine work as quickly as possible.  As explained above, we use the best proven quality paint to restore your home to beauty and protect it for years to come.  We apply the number of coats requested to the proper thickness to obtain the desired finish. 

We then completely clean up - leaving you no trace of us, only your beautifully restored home.

  • We use the best quality products.  We apply a good, uniform coat of paint that provides complete coverage for all areas.  We are careful to apply proper uniform coats.  Applying paint too thinly would also fail prematurely or not adhere properly.  Applying a coat of paint too thickly would cause running and sagging and not dry evenly and thoroughly.
  • As well as being fine craftsmen, we are all clean, dependable and trustworthy.
  • We carry worker's compensation and liability insurance.  Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
